Our client, a No.1 Beverage Brand in Hong Kong, with an entertainment branding approach, is seeking a Channel Sales Manager, to lead a large team of sales and promotion professionals to partner with Hotels, Bars, Karaoke, Western Restaurants, etc.  
 
This is a F&B Senior Sales Position for candidates from major alcohol brands: beers, wine & spirit, liquor, etc.
 
 
You will:
  • Provider leadership and team management to a team of sales professionals to create profitable partnership with customers.
  • Develop promotion budgets, sales strategies, directions, etc. in order to achieve targets.
  • Develop professional partnership with western restaurants, western bars, clubbing bars, hotels & membership club, and local bars.
 
You are:

The location is in Tin Wan, Aberdeen.

This is an Education Organization with British background, fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are necessary.


 

You will:

  • General receptionist responsibilities such as , answering incoming calls, general inquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangements, office facilities reservations, meeting rooms reservations, telephone lists, and other administration documents, etc.;

Assistant HR Manager – US Listed Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health Brand

Hong Kong

This is a new position due to the expansion of the HR Team.  

You will directly work with the Head Of HR to provide HR Business Partnering advices and support to management and business leaders.

You will:

  • Actively engage in preparation of packs for the Head of HR for presenting in various committee meetings.
  • Providing HR advice, guidance and support to line managers in HR related issues
  • Managing all employee queries and request regarding HR issues.
  • Managing Medical insurance scheme etc. and its record keeping.
  • To involve in end to end recruitment process, co-coordinating and arranging interviews.
  • Training - Assessing needs, Maintaining training records for the employees (prepare notes, approval and maintain record) and to organise In-house training sessions whenever required (e.g. Induction Training, Department specific Trainings) etc.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or any other discipline.  
  • Preferably at least 5 years of HR experience, particularly from MNC.  
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Sound knowledge in using MS Office and HRIS
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Our client, a Listed US Brand (with pharmaceutical products as well as surgical products), is seeking a Regional Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager. 

This is a Regional position to be the main driver of the Medical and Scientific Affairs function for APAC.

 

 

To provide support on medical and scientific activities across all medica products and business units in the APAC region.

To lead product & medical information, scientific documents & literatures, clinical studies, conference & podium activities, and KOL

management.

To develop global alignment between global teams & regional teams to develop and implement APAC strategies and activities, particularly for surgical & pharma BUs.

Manage and provide medical information to internal/external

customers 

Manage KOL MSA panels for Surgical and Pharma Team

 

You are:

  • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Health Science, master degree is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Medical and Scientific Affairs in multi-national pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies ophthalmology.
  • Experience from pharmaceutcal, surgical, OTC, etc.  Candidate from FMCG is also welcome to apply.

Secretary – British International School (Tin Wan)

Our client, a British International School, is seeking a secretary to mainly support the headmaster on travel arrangement, administrative task, translation (English & Chinese) and other secretarial responsibilities.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for secretary candidates with at least 6 years of secretary experience preferably from international school experience..
 
 
 
You will:
  • Provide secretarial support to Head Master (English-Speaking) and minimum support
  • to the management team
  • Main contact point of the Headmaster to education department bureau and media
