This is a Global No.1 skincare and beauty brand with strong resources such as finance, marketing, media team and external agencies.
As the drive in Asia, you have the opportunity to develop products that fits the Asia Market.
 
 
 
You will: 
  • With your expertise in skincare & beauty market, you partner with marketing team, sales team, product team to develop fantastic products for Greater China and South East Asia Markets.
  • You will also develop:

You are:

Your Role
  • Team management and leadership: to develop and implement channel and business strategies that drive growth and visibility.
  • Own Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with key restaurants/bars through strategic engagement and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Accelerate Performance: Design and execute channel-specific sales and pricing plans aligned with brand goals—ensuring both growth and pricing stability.
  • Expand Market Presence: Take the lead in boosting our nightclub segment visibility, distribution, and activations.
  • Inspire Talent: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, preparing them for next-level success.
 
What You Bring
  • A degree and 10+ years of commercial leadership in F&B or FMCG (alcohol/beverage preferred).

Your Role & Impact
  • Own the marketing strategy for the Hong Kong market, aligning with global brand direction while adapting to local consumer dynamics.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive 360° marketing execution across digital, traditional, in-store, PR, product campaigns, and shopper marketing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, contributing to commercial planning and business-critical decisions.
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure cohesive and profitable market execution.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in skincare, personal care, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, shaping market strategy, and driving measurable brand and business growth.
  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong's consumer behavior, retail landscape, and competitive beauty market.
  • Strong business acumen, boardroom presence, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and global counterparts.
  • Trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential.
